The courtyard, braai, and pool areas are all fenced, ensuring the safety of your pets throughout your stay. Relax in the spacious lounge with a beautiful view over Stanford Valley from the queen-size bedroom's private balcony, or cook up a feast in the fully equipped kitchen.
Accommodation Highlights:
- East Wing: Includes two bedrooms and one bathroom. The upstairs bedroom features a queen-size bed and a small balcony with a magnificent view over the dam and Stanford Valley. The downstairs bathroom includes a bath, shower, and bidet. The second bedroom has two single beds and direct access to the outside.
- West Wing: Features two bedrooms—one with a queen bed and another with a single bed and a bunk bed. These bedrooms share the en-suite bathroom of the main bedroom, which also has its own access to the front stoep. The bathroom includes a bath, shower, and bidet.
- Living Areas: A large lounge with a fireplace divides the two living areas. It’s comfortably furnished with leather couches, a flat-screen television, and full DSTV. The lounge opens onto the front stoep, and a well-stocked bookshelf offers a variety of books for guests to enjoy. If you take one, simply leave another in its place.

- On-Site Attractions: Explore the many walking trails up the mountain and between the vineyards, perfect for both humans and dogs. The dam is a great drawcard for dogs who love to swim. We absolutely love dogs at Stanford Hills, and if your dog is well-behaved and socialized, there’s no need to keep them on a leash—let them explore freely.
- Off-Site Attractions: Stanford is one of South Africa’s most pet-friendly destinations. Many members of the Stanford wine route welcome pets, and a map of the area and local attractions is available at reception.

PET POLICY
All breeds are welcomed on the farm, please bring your own pet food, bowls and bedding. Keep in mind it is a working farm, so when visiting the tasting room (completely removed from the accommodation) mind your dog with other visiting dogs and guests.
